I do NOT want Telemedicine appointments. What should I do?

  • Call the front desk at 503-266-1407 to discuss your concerns and the options available.


With all of us at home together, I am concerned about my privacy during a telemedicine appointment.

  • Consider taking your laptop or your smart phone with you, and having the telemedicine appointment in the privacy of your own car, or find another private location.

  • Call the front desk at 503-266-1407 to discuss your concerns and the options available.

I don't know how to use my computer or smartphone very well. I'd afraid I couldn't get it to work for a telemedicine appointment.

  •  Go to the "Click here link "at the top of this page for simple instructions with pictures and a YouTube tutorial to help you navigate through this easy process.

  • Please call the front office 30 minutes before your telemedicine appointment to check in and confirm that you are in your provider's virtual waiting room. Staff will be ready to assist you should you have any issues connecting online with your provider. 


I'm worried that my child might not do well with a telemedicine visit.

  • We understand that depending on the age, telemedicine may be more challenging for some children. Your provider will guide you through how to help your child have a positive  telemedicine experience.​
